CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

 

Hope for Niger Delta Campaign, HNDC, The Netherlands have watched with keen interest the recent sad development in the Niger Delta involving the bombing of Oil installations and the kidnapping of foreign Oil workers by some militant group. Based on our commitment to peace, justice and nonviolence we have decided to put together a conference to address the crucial social, political, environmental and moral questions of our time.

 

Hope for Niger Delta Campaign (HNDC), is a non profit, equal opportunity, multi-disciplinary, training, consulting and development, non governmental organization, poised to preserve the environment, foster peace, enhance education and community development, incorporating HIV/AIDS awareness, reproductive and environmental health, micro finance-poverty alleviation and civic education based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

 

The guiding principle of this conference is to proffer an enduring solution to the perennial violence in the Niger Delta region. We want to also use the occasion to encourage communication and discussion of ideas at the Frontiers of Humanitarian Struggle. We expect to bring together an outstanding and diverse group of intellects at the forefront of religious, social, economical, political, and environmental field.

 

The theme of the conference has been tagged-:

 “Curbing Youth Restiveness In The Niger Delta” .

 

The conference comes up in-:

Rotterdam , The Netherlands on Saturday, 29th April, 2006. Time is 19:00 hrs.

 

Admission to this conference is FREE!!!!
