Third Term Dilemma
Pro Life or Third Term vs. Pro Choice
“My Nigeria my life”
“My Country My Choice” or “My Country my people”
I can only advocate what will be good for my children.
I mean the next generation.
My opinion is not personally motivated but rather an influence of reason.
'A breath of fresh air is always good for the mind'
What became of Pro life Presidents such as Kenneth Kawunda of Zambia and Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe for example?
I believe their momentum was grounded to a halt.
Nigeria unlike most southern African states is diverse.
Recent riots between Muslims and Christians is evident of our divide
We still have not learnt to rotate leadership equally within a party to represent the diversity of the nation not to mention the development of equality in Nigeria as a whole.
I am made to believe that Nigeria is governed by a political opinion and not “A” President.
A political party is or should be a representation of a nation’s diversity.
I am made to believe that the president is an influence of his or her political party and not vice versa.
Does it really matter?
Does it really matter if the leadership of a party is rotated to represent Nigeria’s diversity?
We cannot continue to live in denial because our future surfers.
“Diversity is only the difference we see in others”.
Pro life leadership tends to influence the party.
“In order words autocracy”
This style of leadership is chiefdom or Kingship.
It is only successful among single ethnicity.
Africa is a victim of colonial divide.
We are united by oil and divided by diversity.
Nigeria and Africa in general is in need of dynamism to survive the world development process.
Pro life is detrimental to our success.
The past speaks for the present and we only have to study the history of pro life leadership and development in Africa.
Nigeria still has to decide on voting day.
