I read on a news paper about a professor who spoke against pre marital relationship and sex. I know that's a professor but is he trying to say you can't contact HIV while married?
Most times, I see we give the wrong advise or we don't reason properly before making speaches.

Who can stop tenagers from exploring and making new life experience and who can advise a couple of lovers not to have sex because they are not married?

There's something to do instead, take off all the moralities that are not doing any good but instead killing us rapidly. Teach sex education in schools at home and teach children on how to protect theirselves and be selfish of their health and well being.
Make it possible to find condoms almost every where and at a very cheap rate if posible for free

We are this behind because of our moralities and ignorance. A child gets moral education from his parents, school, environment e.t.c. if he doesn't get it immediately, he will acquire it later in his life, so don't loose him to ignorance, educate him rightly.
