The controversies surrounding the NFA elections held on 29th December, 2005. In Abuja. The entire exercise was carried out according to NFA statue as approved by FIFA. there is no decree that states that the sports ministry should choose a venue for the elections, afterall Kano is home of sports in Nigeria as we all know. If Kastina was the best choosen venue by the sport minister why then Kano ? But how come the elections venue and procedures were carried out by a chairman whose tenure expire in the office last month and refuse to leave the office before the elections. Why was there no caretaker committee set up in place as had been practise in the past ? or has FIFA also decree that Galadima should do all that ? This was exactly what he did against our U-20 team was sweating in Holland now our eagles are in camp preparing for the Nation cup let him fund them to Egypt. For nigerian football not to be in messed there must be a complete changes in the sports ministry because those advising the minister are doing so to protect their interest, some lovers of football in Nigeria are not crying but sheding blood from their eyes.
