INGREDIENT: 100g / 4oz dried corn
100 / 4oz roasted groundnuts
salt to taste
I tablespoon corn oil
Pour oil into a deep sauce pan, sprinkle with salt and place on heat. Add corn
to the heated oil in pan, cover with a lid and shake pan. Leave covered on a
very low heat. The corn should start to pop, do not open pot until the popping
has stopped. Pour into serving dish and serve warm or cold with roasted groundnuts.
